This LEED Gold project introduced 300,000 square feet of residential and commercial space to the UBC campus. This 2 building tower complex uses insulated precast concrete sandwich panels for a 20 storey and 18 storey building.

Careful planning and design was critical to creating the thin two sided panels that were built with 50mm of colored concrete cladding, 75mm of insulation and 50mm of interior facing concrete.
